I’m Andrew Garcia. I’m an Art Director.
I am an ideas guy with a flare for visual design. I design and and think of concepts to go with them. I art direct print ads, websites, apps, television commercials, ridiculous photoshop background for my friends, flash pieces, online videos and currently about 49% of my upcoming wedding (and sharing asking for creative control from your bride isn’t easy).
I’m the guy that takes a situation and scours for the idea. It’s always more than pixels on a screen or process colours on a page, the idea is always seeded in the anticipation of how people will react. A genuine idea speaks to people, makes them think, react and do something they normally wouldn’t. I strive to get that every time I get the challenge.
I’m passionate about what I do, and do it because things like “the right amount of white space” consume my dreams. Whether i’m tinkering around in CSS3, woking on a full-on campaign, as long as I’m able to be creative, I love what I do.
